Yesterday I broke my own personal best! I've improved my cardio abilities in the past year dramatically and my personal best was 40+ minutes of some random up, down, slow, fast...then I saw a challenge popping up all over Facebook. 10 minutes at a speed of 3.5-5 at 12%-15% incline, then 10 minutes at a speed of 5-8 0% incline. Then repeat each one 3 times. I tried one time and failed at 38 minutes. Yesterday however was different. I only completed it, I broke my record and hit over 60 minutes(Unfortunately the treadmill only goes to 60 minutes, so it says 4:51, but it's actually 64:51), and burned more than 1,000 calories! I felt amazing afterwords. Truly a milestone for me. Thank you all who have been an encouragement to me. You can beat your self. You can do it! It hurts! It's painful, and you can get through it! If I can do it you can too. Don't give up! Don't quit!
