10 minutes at 15 grade incline on the treadmill at a pace of 4.5, 3 sets of 225 pounds on the squat rack, 1 set of 45 pounds on the squat rack of 50 reps, and one set of 50 reps just the bar, leg extensions, leg curls, hip adduction, hip abduction...
