I'm going to need your help staying committed to this. Can you do that?
July 2013 Goals:
• No sweets period
• only water and my fitness supplements to drink.
• workout Monday-Friday mornings, and Saturday 2 a days. (3 of these doing P90X with my kids)
• increase my financial income $1,000 this month.
• tell 10 pounds to leave my body forever.
• encourage 10 people to reach their goals this month.
If after reading this list you think it's too much, just remember we may be in completely different stages in life. This will be a stretch for me, but I need the challenge.
